10 weeks ago I made the decision to move out of my house, with no plan as to what was going to happen next. I called the Crouch Realtor group based on recommendations in my neighborhood to see what would be needed to sell, thinking of being ready in a few months. From the moment Micah Tomasella showed up (on time right after a holiday), it was a done deal. His enthusiasm and energy is contagious. The entire group is lovely to work with and they run a top notch business. It was worth every penny. This was not my first time selling or buying a house, but it was the EASIEST and BEST experience. I did exactly what they asked of me, they did exactly what they promised and my house got a great offer less than a week from the list date! As an added bonus, I did decide on where to go and Micah went out of his way to show me houses over an hour away, put a contract on my dream home, negotiated fantastically, and closed on the same day exactly 9 weeks from the day I met him! I never needed to check in on them because they check in on you, give you weekly updates, save you the headache and stress of the back end, and I came out winning. I cannot say enough how much excellent communication can make a real estate transaction feel so much easier. They were never pushy, he really listened to my wants and needs in the process, and I would absolutely use Crouch Realtor Group, and specifically Micah again! Cannot go wrong.

Where do we begin... Meeting the Chandler Crouch Team was truly and answered prayer! From our very first phone call to the agency, and speaking with Ms. Jennifer Jameson, we knew this was the realty agency for us! She along with everyone we came in contact with were very professional, kind, polite and really caring people. Which is something I didn't experience with other realtor agencies when calling around. It didn't stop there, our realtor Ms. Ashleigh Gerbers should be cloned!! LOL!! Truly! an amazing realty professional to work with! She's motivated, kind, super knowledgeable and so willing to help! She's on top of her game! A Blessing! When I mentioned the "Team" I meant it! What a pleasure to work with. Ms. Traci Skinner and Ms. Deona Matte, they made sure to keep my wife and I in the loop of everything that was going on. Step by step, every single detail! The entire team work seamlessly and effortlessly to provide us with as much information as possible to help us through whole process! Even Mr. Crouch himself making short personal videos to thanks us and congratulate us, throughout the process. We truly couldn't have asked for a better group of individuals to help us sell our old home and purchase our new home. They even went the extra mile to pray and lift us up during my this process and even for my pending surgery. Unfortunately, you don't find many people of this caliber in a businesses today. I contacted Chandler Crouch’s office because it was in the neighborhood and had read great reviews about them. The gal that answered the phone was friendly and very helpful and had me talk to Ruth Potts a realtor in the office. Ruth guided me through the process of selling my home, had a stager come to my home to help stage the house for photos. The office staff kept in touch all through the process as well letting me know what to expect as well as Ruth keeping in touch. Chandler also did a few videos for me too. Great people to work with and get very good results. I couldn’t be happier.

We had a great experience working with Micah. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was always honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Micah made the whole selling process feel less stressful and was genuinely helpful every step of the way. My wife and I were introduced to Chandler Crouch by a friend who worked with them on a house sale and also used their services to save on property taxes. We contacted them for the later and they did save us thousands of dollars on our property taxes also. So, to return the favor, we asked them to help us sell our house. We could not be more pleased with Ashleigh and the Chandler Crouch team. From day one we knew we had made an excellent choice. Ashleigh met and exceeded our expectations in every facet. We always felt that she had all things under control and always steering us in the right directions, with our best interest in mind. The icing on the cake and the proof in the pudding was how she was able to sell the house at asking price in a down (buyers) market. We were truly blessed and thankful to have Ashleigh on our team! Let me talk about Rachel Adkins, she is a superior real estate agent!, I had two options (agents) and one tenant who was not very happy to move out of my house, I asked both of the agents if they could help my tenant find a new place , one said “I can refer you to somebody “ while Rachel said of course I can do it! that way I’ll have the assurance he will move out ASAP… from the beginning always proactive, helpful and kind - all the way through the end, we were a week before closing day, I was out of town and the freezing weather coming up- Rachel went to my house to close the water valve of the street, drained the pipes to make sure no pipe will burst ! who does that?? An AWESOME seller agent named Rachel Adkins - Hey did I said she got me top dollar for my house? First of all, Micah is a very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable realtor we ever met. This is our second home. Ten years ago, we had a realtor for our first home. Micah MADE us to realize that that previous realtor did NOTHING but took the commission. Micah did everything to make our journey as smooth as possible. He answered to all the questions we had. Simple to awkward questions. ^^ Thanks Micah. We gotta also mention how great Tracie, transaction coordinator, is. She MADE MADE MADE sure we were on top of everything by sending all the reminder email which we did not mind at all. ^^ Also, she/Micah contacted the seller’s numerous times and got the info we requested very quick. Thanks Tracie. The last, the Chandler group helped us to protest our property tax and did very good job. Thanks the Chandler group.
